LSO gathers and analyzes use-based statistics for the jointly purchased electronic resources of the four University of Missouri campuses. Due to staff constraints, only the aggregated statistics are analyzed for cost per use data. Each library, however, is able to track statistics for its own campus with the exception of US Congressional Serial Set. US Congressional Serial Set statistics are provided below. Vendor reported statistics for searches, sessions, and full text views/downloads are used for the analysis. In the case of full text journals, many publishers only report full text views/downloads. Most vendor usage statistics are COUNTER compliant. COUNTER helps to ensure that vendors are using the same definitions in reporting statistics. URL: http://www.projectcounter.org/
